The room was clean.

The ventilation/ central air fan was on full when we arrived until late at night blowing over the bed which made the room cold even though we screwed on the panel heater upon arrival. The breakfast options were very limited.

„Schönes Hotel, leider Personal nicht entsprechend.

Die Lage ist toll, direkt im Ort am Hafen. Wirklich sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, wenn auch von der Grösse her sehr unterschiedlich.

Die eine Dame an der Reception war wirklich weder hilfsbereit noch freundlich. Wir haben uns kaum mehr getraut eine Frage zu stellen, weil wir eher das Gefühl hatten wir stören. In der Dusche war noch ein Büschel Haare von den Vorgängern, das muss nicht sein. Das Personal scheint nicht dem Standard des Hotels zu entsprechen. Sehr schade für das ansonsten so schöne Hotel.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, there is no fault in the place.

The hotel is in the center of the action and everything is easily accessible from there, be it parking, shopping or ferries. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is sufficient and everything works on an electronic code. Communication with the reception was excellent and everything went smoothly.

The main and basically the only problem I see is that some rooms not only don't have a wardrobe, but not even a shelf or a proper hanger, just 3 small hooks on the wall. I understand that small rooms have limited space, but it would still be possible to hang a clothes bar on the wall. That would be enough.

Kein Parkplatz/Stellplatz für Pkw oder kostenfreies Parken, Rezeptionszeiten waren sehr kurz, Frühstück war etwas spärlich (coronabedingt gab es dieses bereits zubereitet auf einem Tablett), Sitzmöglichkeit draußen war etwas lieblos gestaltet

Very Modern

The rooms were a bit small, but very modern and stylish. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very well equipped. The breakfast was small but had everything you'd need, and it all looked fresh. It was easy to get in and out with the codes for the doors.

It was loud during the late evenings/nights, especially with the windows open. The hotel is up a hill, which makes it a bit more difficult to check in with the luggage.

„Ohne Frühstück und mit Abzügen Bad kann man da übernachten.

Das Hotel liegt total im Zentrum und man kann zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit alles nötige erreichen. Im Zimmer Richtung Wasser hat man Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. CheckIn ohne Personal per SMS hat auch sehr gut funktioniert.

Der Aufzug ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, leider mussten wir den nehmen, da ich eine Fußverletzung habe. Das Fernsehgerät bietet zwar verschiedene Streamingdienste, allerdings ist alles mit Kosten verbunden, kein mirroring möglich. Das Badezimmer wäre wirklich gut, wenn auch die Dichtungen der duschkabine funktionieren würden, so haben wir beim Duschen das halbe Bad geflutet. Das Frühstück ist als "simple" deklariert, was es auch tatsächlich ist, allerdings haben wir nur das abgepackte gegessen, da die Wurst und der Käse schlecht aussah. Die Kühltheke in der die Wurst lag, hat leider nicht gekühlt.

Amazing room ,decor and style. Underwhelming staff

Beautiful room, amazing view Well thought-out layout . Funky feel Thanks for coffee machine in foyer Central location- We were there off-season, so no problems with outside noise

The receptionist didn’t match the overall vibe. Expected a cool and friendly interactive person, but she was pretty detetched. Breakfast was OK - not quite like the photos. We expected the DIY style though. For cyclists, just be aware there’s nowhere out of the rain for your bike.

We were glad we chose this hotel and enjoyed ourselves, except for noise from outside at night.

Clean, sinmple but comfortable. Good bathroom. Helpful staff. Very quiet inside hotel. Excellent situation with good views and nearby parking, access to ferries for island trips. Adequate breakfast included in price (although advance info said 'no breakfast').

The windows of our room, on the third floor, were directly above a cafe/bar which was extremely noisy (loud talking, laughing, thoug no music) until very late in the night (we were woken at 2.30 a.m. the first night and the second was similar). Would ask for a different room on another visit.
